Delivery time period

We will update you when your package has been sent via Hermes it can then take 3 - 5 working days, longer over holiday periods.

Deliveries are free to SL7 addresses

For our customers with an SL7 postcode we will deliver your order to your door in a Covid safe manner. We will require your full address and postcode.

All other deliveries are £3.60

All other orders outside of the SL7 postcode will be charged sent by Hermes at a charge of £3.60. You will be sent the tracking number upon confirmation of shipment.

We only ship to mainland UK – no overseas purchases

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch by email info@treadlightly.uk with your concerns and we will endeavour to rectify them as soon as possible.
